    Go vegetarian and then transition to veganism. Once you are eating a whole-foods, vegan diet, you’ll lose weight. After all, you won’t be eating all that food (meat, cow’s milk, cheese, ice cream made from cow’s milk) that contains saturated fat (and cholesterol). Go veg for your health, for the animals and for your environment!
